"Excellent, very convenient town centre location in Arras. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although not a wide offering of cooked food, was more than sufficient as well as fresh and healthy. Scrambled eggs very well cooked. Would thoroughly recommend and would stop again."

"This Hotel is about 200m to the left as you exit the train station. The staff was exceptional and most speak english. If we ever return, we will come back to this hotel. The centre square of the town is all within 15 minutes walking range, though there is much more to see. If you plan to rent a car, book ahead online. Two of the three rental places we went to had no cars available."

"Location is absolutely perfect. Our apartment looked over the Place des Heros and the town’s beffroi. However a few things need to be improved. We booked for 4 adults and we were given just one bath towel. There was loads of dirt and built up dust on surfaces, along baseboards, and under the sofa bed when we opened it.
