"Service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman that greeted us was efficient and throughout our stay helped the other staff with english translation. We could not fault him, I just wish we had asked his name to add his name to this review, he was on duty every day we were staying at the hotel. "You cant check in early because theyre closed from 11am to 5 pm. They email you a code to get in however the machine was broken. So we had to wait to get in until someone arrived which thankfully was early. The room was very bare and basic, like a college dorm room. Hard beds. 1 pillow and 1 towel only. Nothing extra. "We have stayed at this hotel before when visiting the near by war graves. the hotel is in an excellent position for the center of Arras. But this hotel is a bit dated and could do with modernization. The breakfast is a bit plain and not as good as it was with the previous owners."
