"We stayed in a Hotiday room,24. The hotel was in a fabulous location a few minutes walk from the castle and cathedral and the old city has a wonderful grid system so it is easy to navigate. Parking is through a side gate and then there are plenty of spaces but at €18 a day it is quite pricey. Check in was functional. The hotel was very grand but is now somewhat faded, think shabby chic with extra shabby. There was some wonderful old furniture dotted around but some of the stair carpets were...

"One night stay for business. Hotel was really nice in a quaint medieval walled city. Town square full of interesting buildings & bars. Staff were friendly & helpful. breakfast was continental & plentiful. Only one problem, when I went to eat in the restaurant on the Monday evening it was closed. Town square had gone to sleep as well. I walked towards the town wall & found a gem "Ristorante Pizzeria Palio"."
