"The Rarotonga Beach Resort is the place to be on the island. We enjoyed 8 days at this lovely destination. The staff were like family to us. Definitely we would return to this resort. The resort is older, but the staff were quick to fix anything that came up. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were above expectations. We are sad to leave and hope to be back as soon as possible. "

"Loved the ease of being able step out onto the beach from our room. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with everything one would need. Staff were very helpful, accomodating and friendly. The only slight draw back was the very limited inclusive Tropical breakfast. "

"Loved the hosts most of all. They put you to ease and at home as soon as you walk in. Our room number on the front reception board had all our names and a printed personalised memo in our room of the things to know about the premises and house. The villas are artistically built and for someone like me, I could just sit and admire the construction for hours. Beach and swimming pool were awesome and the fact that the pool is open all night long was the best thing ever for us to cool off late in...

"Awesome stay, absolutely beautiful location and the lagoon being right there is INCREDIBLE. Amazing snorkelling right outside your room, saw rays and awesome fish (someone saw a turtle but we did not). Absolutely would recommend, staff are lovely and a pleasure to chat to. Swim up bar is awesome and perfect way to cool off. Can't recommend highly enough!"

"Paul & his team are amazing hosts. The Black Pearl is a lovely place to stay without the hustle and bustle of a big complex. Everything is available from a washing machine, BBQ & reef shoes. The beach is a 30 second walk accross the road and there is a restaurant and garage right next door for any snacks or drinks if needed. Paul can provide great recommendations for restaurants and car hire! Thank you so much for making our first trip to Raro truly on to remember!!"

"Fabulous place to stay, great being adult only. Comfy bed and a good sized room. Having the shower outside was a real novelty. Great restaurant. Snorkeling out the front of resort was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. Nice and peaceful "
