"It was an absolute pleasure spending three days at this wonderful resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. I have to give a special shout-out to a few particularly friendly faces who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect (Francesca Satove and Siti). Their genuine warmth and helpfulness truly stood out. One of the things I appreciated most was the tranquil location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a peaceful retreat where we could truly relax and unwind. Our room was also a highlight. The size was generous, providing ample space to spread out and feel comfortable. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, my three-day experience at this resort was fantastic. The combination of friendly staff, a quiet and serene location, and generously sized rooms made for a truly memorable getaway. "Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The WiFi was reliable (no need for a hotspot), and the Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube was great for keeping our 2-year-old entertained. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beach and a nearby petrol station for snacks and quick essentials.Fiona, the local host, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond – from taking the bins out for us to checking in throughout the week with calls and visits to make sure we were okay. We really felt looked after, and in return, we tried to leave the place spotless when we checked out. A nice touch was that Cristine, the owner, even called us from New Zealand to check if we had settled in alright – that level of care really stood out.We loved the “pay it forward” idea – leaving behind any unused groceries for the next guests. Such a thoughtful touch that adds to the welcoming vibe.The house itself has a classic “beach house” feel – relaxed, cosy, and true to the island spirit. The towel and linen shelf was so handy, with plenty of towels and facecloths. The dryer came in clutch on those rainy days when we couldn’t hang our laundry out.We arrived after dark (after spending time with family straight from the airport), and Fiona had already turned the lights on and prepped the nozzle coils – such a warm welcome after a long day.No complaints at all. We’d love to book again next time we’re in Raro – if we can snag it in time!"

"The ambience of the Edgewater was amazing. The Activity Hut was great!! The employees were very kind and helpful. The view of the ocean was Spectacular!!! My only concern wss for the amount of animals; chickens getting up on the tables and the amount of dogs. If someone is allergic to animals, it might be a problem. "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at the sanctuary, a couple of small things i would change is the music! It is on loop 1 album the whole time and food was not consistent but mostly good. Also wifi needs to be inclusive in price even if it is a small amount. Overall was our favorite place to stay! "
