"We booked this on the day when plans had to change, and were so glad we did! Cape Agulhas is a lovely place, so geographically significant, and South Point was the perfect place to enjoy it from! Beverley greeted us very warmly and you could tell she took a real pride in ensuring that the property was optimally presented. She showed us to an immaculately clean apartment; small but perfectly formed! The outdoor area was an absolute bonus for us to reorganise our packing. We met the owner, Hilary, in her laundry business next door, and what a wonderful lady she was! We really enjoyed hearing the story of her her life in South Africa. She also gave us a great advice on where to have dinner, and how to see the best of the local attractions (the atmospheric lighthouse and beautiful coastline). Highly recommended! "

"We received a wonderful welcome and then things got even better. A lovely room with a delightful balcony overlooking the mountain covered with fynbos and home to a vast amount of different birds. The breakfast was superb. Everywhere was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Alan and Sheryl were the perfect hosts. We would definitely recommend."

Now it’s a real pain for me to claim back my refund instead of the property proactively refunding me the payment they took for a room they didn’t have available "

"It was a very restful stop and easy access to the southern tip of Africa!! It was a bit tight for four of us and bathroom was not very private. But for a small accommodation it was very adequate!! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Nadine’s helpfulness and tourist advice!! "
