"Undoubtably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. So beautiful, the staff were amazing so kind and helpful. It was my birthday and they sent chocolates to my room and gifted our group free cocktails before dinner. I was very touched. Would Highly recommend a visit there if staying in Lugano. "

"We LOVED our stay here. Our room included wellness and breakfast. The Wellness area offered an indoor pool and hot tub as well as mixed gender steam room. The sauna, relaxation area, cold plunge and change rooms are gender specific. We celebrated our engagement here and they upgraded us to a beautiful premium suite with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with many different pastries, fruit, yogurt, meats, and cheeses. The property grounds were gorgeous - I recommend walking around to check out the view. We wished we’d booked another night! "

"La Palma was the perfect stay for Stresa. The lake view room balcony could not be beat. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Sky Bar was a wonderful way to spend an early evening for drinks and the hotel is centrally located with a great breakfast. Highly recommend and would stay again! "

"The Walter Hotel is the Perfect Hotel!! You cannot beat the location ! Just a few minutes from the furnucular, taxi stop and cross walk in front of the hotel entrance. Outstanding Spaghetti Store restaurant next door. I got lucky when I found this hotel!!"
