"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."

"This place was far from advertised. When I first arrived the gentleman at the desk repeatedly asked to keep my Passport overnight, and return it in the morning. I had to refuse 3 times before he finally gave up and provided me with the key to a room. The door of my room had been previously forced in and the frame was repaired with finishing nails from the inside, which did not inspire confidence in my safety. There was no additional lock on the inside of the door, and the furniture...

"This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Staff could have been more pleasant, there were almost no dining options we could access without a car, and the breakfast was below average compared to what we had at other hotels in Italy."
