"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"We booked a standard room but due to a cleaning mixup got a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was very spacious and had a full kitchen. Overall, it was pretty clean, but was missing basic amenities(hair dryer, coffee maker, etc) I would expect in a hotel. Not bad for this price point. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. "

"Went for our 25th Anniversary and was extremely happy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hors d’oeuvres and wine served every night also gave us a chance to meet some of the other guests. Such a wonderful view from our balcony and tons of restaurants all within walking distance.
