"Originally booked for one night as we hadn’t used this Guest House before but happily booked an additional night after our warm welcome on arrival and seeing the interior. The standard of cleanliness is exceptional better than most 5* properties we’ve visited. "A really unique and beautiful B&B a short walk from Inveraray town centre. Rob was a great and kind host, and tended to our every need. We stayed in the Cairngorm Suite, a beautiful room with everything you could need and more, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also to a high standard with great local produce. Would highly recommmend and would love to stay again!"

There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast.. "Our stay at the farmhouse was amazing, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed, although the weather was poor we managed to have a great time and we were greeted by a little grey cat which was adorable, thank you to the staff for making the stay the best if could be!"

The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
