"We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed for longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and looked after us attentively. The room had a view of the lake and was comfortable and clean. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent with a good selection, fabulous ingredients, and presentation. Topped off by a stunning location, well worth a stop. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and all the staff were so kind to us. Thank you. "

I was treated to a local Scottish folk song jam session in the bar since I landed there on their regular meeting night. Very welcoming crowd. Great fun! It’s a country inn, not a hotel, but it’s perfect accommodations if you’re traveling by car. Close to Stirling Castle, Wallace monument and other sites of interest. "

"The property was very nice for staying a few days with friends. There were some small issues with locks and cabinets breaking but overall not too bad. We did however have to vacate one of the rooms due to a problem with bees, however the owners were very lovely, easy to contact, and did everything they could to help us with this. "Had a fabulous wee break. Inverary is very welcoming, excellent choice of quality dining. Cottage was great, reminded me of a family trip to Inverary when I was a child. Only complaint was the poor shower pressure, which is essential for long hair, and slightly temperamental water temperature. We would happily return."

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
