"As usual Thon Hotel is a good standard a d excellent breakfast. Only disappointment is some of restaurant staff. One gent seemed to be doing everything while two were completely disinterested and would walk past repeatedly ignoring you. One clearly didn't want to be there ans was swearing to the other. "We had a one night stay as a family. The breakfast is very good and the room is a good size. Staff were also very friendly and no issues leaving our luggage there during the day. Unfortunately our sleep wasn't so great as we had loud music till 1am, which seemed to come from a party in the hotel. Otherwise our stay was good."

"This was our second stay, and it felt just as great as the first. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We requested the same room as our previous visit because of the amazing view, and they managed it to our request! We booked a standard room, which was more spacious than a typical moderate room. It was well-maintained, clean, and featured a firm yet comfortable bed with a warm blanket. They also had handy amenities like a microwave, hot water, and paper cups at reception for guests to use. The location was super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to a supermarket, 1-2 minutes to the airport express bus stop, and only a short walk to downtown. Our second stay was just as great as the first, and we’d definitely come back again!"

"The sleds most of them are broken so I feel like they need to be replaced, the pot and pan I. The room needed to be replaced. I would like to have the room cleaned every day or at least have them pick up the trash specially since we have a baby and diapers were piling up. "

"The hotel is amazing! The staff members were too busy doing the lobby and the bar. They were not very friendly and welcoming. It did not feel like a lobby. I feel like they have to separate those two services. The view from the hotel rooms and the restaurant/lobby was breathtaking! Public transportation from the hotel is also very accessible. "
