"The home was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and freshly remodeled. The layout was the perfect size for a home-base during our stay for a family reunion. And the location off I-69 and Illinois Rd makes it super easy to grab a bite or get anywhere in town, including downtown. The neighborhood felt safe and most of the homes were well kept. Know that the home does sit on the main entrance street to the neighborhood, so it's a fairly busy street. "

"It’s not easy remodeling old homes but they did a terrific job on this house. We had 4 people doing back to back showers and never ran out of hot water, fans in every room was great and if you love fresh air the cross breeze was so refreshing. Neighborhood looked uncertain when we came in but there were no issues….all was quiet. Lots of homes in the area were getting remodeled so it will soon be an adorable area.
