"We arrived late at night in the middle of a massive storm, so we were already on edge and ready to get to our room. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and rather funny. Checked us in quickly, warned us of any potential power outages that may occur, and made sure to put us in a room that wouldn't be too loud from the wind since we were traveling with a cat. "Typical Motel 6 but with a very clean and large room that didn’t show a lot of age or wear/tear (maybe newer or recently remodeled?). The mattress was too firm for my preference but that seems to be typical of most Motel 6’s I’ve stayed at. Quiet area even though it’s off the highway amid other budget hotels and food stops. For the price it’s a very good option when you just need a clean but basic room in a safe, convenient, quiet area to stop for the night."

"The staff at our checkin was very helpful and actually taught us about albino redwoods and how to find one, which we followed his instructions and got to see it in person! If not for him, we would have totally missed out on this once in a lifetime experience. 5 stars to the staff. "Such a cute property in a gorgeous surrounding. We were only here for one night but contemplated extending our stay an additional night because we enjoyed it so much. The property has trails right outside your door but we were not able to explore this during our stay. Cute restaurants and amazing beach are a short drive away. We will definitely be back to visit here and decided that we’ll stay here again! "

"I wait half an hour for the Check-in, because the owner was not at the front desk. In the Morning, I want to go in the shower, I can’t use it, because there was not a button to change it from the crane to the shower head. At next, I call the front desk. There was only the mother from the owner at the phone. She told, she don’t know, how she can help me, she don’t know, when he come and I should call again in a few hours. After 2 hours, i leaved the Hostel and Nobody was at the front desk...
