It’s a A Beautiful lay out. Two Masters with Ensuites + 4 Bedrooms with one being A Main Floor Master Bedroom with Ensuite. If you only need 1-3 bedrooms, we can assist with your fees as well. Please inquire. The home has a great dining room; Smart TVs, WIFI, quality appliances. A Fun picture wall. Towels, sheets, etc. all supplied. Well maintained with high-quality beds, linens, comforters to enable your having a great stay and sleep. Smart TV's. Direct TV, Wifi. Great Space for Socializing and Large Dinners, relaxing, watching the game or movies.

Only a 5 minute Walk to shops & restaurants; there are hiking trails within 5 mins walk which are a hidden gem. 5 minute drive to both Holiday Valley and Holimont. Skiing, snowshoe, golfing, biking close by. Great Pools nearby at Holiday Valley. Tree climbing at HV and see Spruce Lake for a nice walk or SUP. There is a nice park around the corner with playground, tennis courts, ball field and large picnic gazebo as well as a dog park. Lots to do or just relax.

Just a little family fun getaway. This place was perfect. Such a great location for walking into the village or over to the park for the little one to play. Teens loved the game room. Everyone loved the large hot tub.

Super comfortable stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Ellicottville at this VRBO. The owners were great at communicating with us; the house is fantastic and the location was perfect. The decorating inside the home is super and we used the hot tub and and game room a lot. We are looking to stay here again sometime soon.

Beautiful home close to the slopes. It was great for our family and we enjoyed it very much. It was really nice that the home was pre-stocked with items we may have forgotten (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.).

The location was perfect ~ easy walk into town. Quiet street - we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing the yard games. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax, hangout and sleep- teens loved the game room in the garage! Would definitely stay again. Owners were super responsive to questions, and allowed us to check in a little early, and checkout a little late

Great house with lots of space
Loved this house. It was very confortable, had all the commodities, lots of comfy rooms. The only inconvenience was a bit of humidity in the basement rooms. And the water that tasted like sulfur. We went on and bought bottled water. Other than that it was just perfect!

Fantastic Place!
We had the absolute best time! It was so easy to go skiing and so quick to get to the slopes from the house. It was perfect to come back to the house and enjoy the hot tub. We walked to dinner with the kids and had a great time. The kids had a fantastic time in the game room, and the adults loved being by the fire and family breakfast in the kitchen. We can’t wait to visit again! Our host were amazing and so super attentive, and the accommodations were absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations. Thank you!

Great rental near Holiday Valley
We were here with friends and kids for skiing. The house was clean and perfect for our group of 9 and we had a dog with us. There was a hot tub wihich was a bonus. The short walk to town was great for shopping and going to restaurants. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Fall Getaway
Everything you said it would be, plus more. Everything was stocked—kitchen supplies and spices, towels, paper products—plenty of extras!! Beds were very comfortable (which is very important for a great stay. All our questions were answered in a timely manner!! We would recommend your place to everyone! My only request would be to supply a small step stool—I am short and bed was pretty high in the master bedroom😉

Cozy getaway and a fantastic location
This property is exactly as it is described, and made for a wonderful getaway! There were only 3 of us, but even with a lot more there still would have been plenty of space. We cooked in each night and found the kitchen to have all the essentials. The living room was VERY cozy and inviting. The weather was even warm enough to sit on the lovely front porch. We had no issues, but the owners were still in communication to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They clearly care for the house and it shows!! The location could not have been better. Just a quick walk to all the shopping and dining in town. Much closer than we had even hoped! We were not skiing, but the house is only just over a mile from Holiday Valley. Super convenient! Overall the house was absolutely perfect and made for a relaxing and fun vacation!!!

The house definitely served its’ purpose for a weekend getaway with friends.
It was very nice to be able to walk to the village. The reason I could not give a five star review is because check-in was at 4pm, we arrived at 4:25pm and the cleaning lady was still there, so we waited outside for about 10 minutes until she was done. Also, while there are individual AC units in the bedrooms, there was no way to cool the first floor. It was not a very hot weekend, so it cooled down nicely outside at night, but even with the windows open, the house did not seem to cool down very well. Overall, I would recommend the house to a friend. Ellicottville is a super cute town, so this home is convenient for a visit!

Clean, big property for two families
This house was was a perfect place to stay for two families--3 adults and 4 children--and it could have easily accommodated a fourth adult and another child. The house was clean and well-kept. There was ample room for all of us to watch a movie together, eat a meal at the large dining room table or spread out to the various bedrooms. We did make a few meals, and the kitchen is amply stocked for making almost anything. It's a convenient drive or walk to a grocery store or into town. There isn't much of a yard, but we did enjoy sitting on the front porch, which has seating space for several people. The only thing that might need to be clear to other potential renters is that while there are four bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is accessed via another bedroom. It's not a problem for families, and in fact might be nice if you have little ones with you. Thanks for the great stay!

Late July in Western N.Y.
The area is lovely. I grew up nearby and was familiar with the beauty of the area. The home was comfortable. The window AC units were a bit of a pain and noisy, but did their job. Yes there are 3 full and one 1/2 bath but they and the dishwasher and the sink faucet could only be used one at a time. If someone was taking a shower you could not even wash your hands in another sink. The shower would go to a cold trickle. Certainly could not run the dishwasher while a shower was in use. We used the home only as a base for other activities so we could get by. Floors on the second floor were very noisy. We ran into several small spots that had not been cleaned in years. The gas stove was a complete mess. I deep cleaned (2 hrs) the top. The oven needed dinamite and i did not tackle it. We didn't use it. These things are not unexpected (i find them often) but they do not add to the enjoyment even if they do not detract too badly.
