"Michel is an absolute pleasure to work with. There is a little reading to be done. The car parking, the checkin process, linen etc. is all very straight forward, once you have read and understood the process but you MUST read it all at least a week or two before your stay to make it all smooth running. Les Arcs 1800 is a maze, so it takes a day or three to find your way around but what a place, and Michel is lovelly. I have a little claustrophobia and I am 6'2" so standing upstairs in the duplex with low ceilings was the only niggle. I also do not think it would be comfortable to stay in the apartment with 5 people, especially 5 adults, (there are 5 beds) but as a small family, it is amazing. We will be back I think. On a final note, Les Arcs, especially 1800 - for beginners / intermediates is a dream. I have never seen so many quality Blue runs and the reds we took on were also nice and wide. Recommend"

"Fantastic stay in a large, comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well equipped, two bathrooms with showers and enough room to comfortably sleep 5 - could also fit more smaller kids if needed.Location is excellent - genuine 3 minute walk from the boot room to the slopes (main TransArc lift). Ideally situated close to the restaurants, pizzerias and supermarket. I’d also recommend this part of Arc 1800 (Villard) over some of the other villages, given the access to supermarket etc.Finally, the host (Cyril) was superb. Very responsive, nothing was too much trouble, sorted out the complicated car booking system for Les Arc, provided English translations of instructions and even arranged linens at the last minute!Highly recommended on all counts!"

"Ideal location to explore massive ski area, easy to get up and out avoiding queues. Little walk into 1800 centre where there is a few bars and restaurants (need to book ahead) Accommodation tidy and well presented and has everything you need. "

"Apartment is in an excellent location for access to slopes, shops and restaurants/cafes in 1800.Lounge might be a bit small for 8 people (our party much smaller so not an issue). Otherwise apartment is very comfortable. Alpissime (agent in resort) were very helpful.For first time visitors to Les Arcs, if driving, access to village/car parking is a bit confusing and information was hard to get on line. More information in advance would be helpful."
