"Read the listing carefully to decide if this place is right for you. This is not a luxury stay, but it does give a unique and rustic experience. We enjoyed getting a little away from the tourist hotspots and seeing a more authentic side of Costa Rica. The animals made quite a bit of noise during the night, so be aware of that if you are a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights with our 5 kids, and they had a lot of fun. "This is a wonderful hidden gem, a great place to get away from the city (and the general public!) The view from our room was beautiful, you could see mountains and valleys and every morning the cows came up to our room. They offered a cheese making class, a tour of the farm, and a cooking class! All wth the vest view. The only issue was finding a ride-it was a bit out of the way for uber, so having a rental car may come in handy. All in all, a 10/10 experience "

Stuart gave a wonderful tour of the integrated farm, and Alex was a lovely host sharing eggs, coffee, coconut, and laughs with us.
