"Love the hotel and the staff. We had such a great time and would definitely return. The staff is nothing but great and helpful. They take the extra mile to make sure we have a great stay. The facility is nice and comfortable. Meals are good. It's like a ski in ski out. We had such a great time. Their customer service is everything that makes our stay spectacular. Before our visit, they asked us to reserve dinner. We came across a Christmas special that is a Chef hand made cake and we asked to order. They responded that the cake was really just for Christmas day celebration and since we won't check in until closer to New Year, it's out of the order date. A few days later, they emailed me and told us that they have asked the Chef if the Chef would still make us the cake. We were so surprised for the extra mile they took to provide the service. And we happily ordered the cake for our holiday celebration. Sure enough, the cake was so pretty and delicious, our family was over the moon. I told my family about the special arraignment and every was so happy and thankful for the service they provided. During our stay, we realized the area was pretty short staff due to many reasons. The staff at the hotel works very hard to make sure they cover all ground and give us spectacular service despite the shortage. It's very amazing. We will return as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you."

"It was a clean and functional stopover hotel in a smallish town at a shinkansen transfer station. Does have restaurant and public separated baths for nice soak after a days travelling. Staff were nice and friendly. I would go there again if in the area."

"Had a terrific relaxing couple nights. The best beds we've yet had to sleep on. Bedding was super comfortable as well. The included breakfast was great. Western style. Lake around the property is nice to walk, has several good food options. The 7-11 is an easy 10 min walk to get drinks and snacks. And the fellow at the resort gave us a quick lift to the train station for the next leg of our journey. Really enjoyed our stay. "
