"The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. "I was at the conference, and needed convenient hotel to Yerevan University where I could work, and at the same time enjoy Yerevan in off time. Ani Plaza was perfect for that. 24/7 staff (1 am arrival, 2 am departure for me), helpful staff, excellent breakfast, fast and stable internet, and in the heart of the city. What else could I need ? Was sad not to use pool and sauna, because I forgot the swimming attire :) But I was mostly busy anyway."
