"The room is nice and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices. The downside are the 2 female receptionist. We asked one of them for tourist info about the city. She asked us to google because she don’t know anything. And the other one we asked for towel which was forgot to provide after room cleaning but It never came. We called front desk again after one hour. the male receptionist came up immediately with the towel to the room. "
