"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. One of the bedrooms doors had a see through, glass panels—which may be uncomfortable for some because of a lack of privacy. "We had a fabulous time in this apartment and it made our trip to Heraklion extra special. The view and patio were stunning and allowed you to feel above the hustle and noise of the port. Apartment was very quiet, exceptionally clean and well appointed and near everything. We walked everywhere in town. Bill was wonderful to communicate with, met us right on time and offered many suggestions for restaurants and activities. He was lovely to work with. We would love to stay here again!"
