They gave us a tour of the entire property, which is extensive because the home is huge and has every amenity one could ever want. "This was by far the easiest and most stress free check in ever! I love this concept of Apartment/hotel. The room was fine and I loved having the kitchen and full size fridge with a freezer (ice cream!). Everything worked and was clean enough. Downside: it could have been cleaner and the bathroom/shower/tub was very old and worn but it got us clean. We will return for a stay again. Definitely a great value. Way more room than we expected which was wonderful. Good, solid property and a bargain,...

"Somehow we didn't realize our reservation was a suite setting with kitchen (equipment supplied)-which could help us in a future reservation. We'd called ahead to check in a bit early and found a pleasant voice assuring us it was okay. The folks caring for the daily breakfasts were efficient and friendly. Checked with the front desk the day before we checked out to verify check out procedures and were assured we could do so without stopping by the front desk (very early the next morning to catch a flight). Furthermore, received an email detailing online check out. Fabulous!"
