"I missed my flight out of AZA airport WAS STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION, LODGING, AND CLOSE TO PANIC TRYING TO PLAN MY NEXT MOVE AS A SINGLE FEMALE ALONE IN A LARGE CITY. The staff at Legacy Hotel was amazing. I cannot express how kind and helpful polite friendly these three people made my unexpected stay. Unfortunately, I don’t have names but two separate courier drivers both males thank you very much. Your professionalism, friendly and easy-going demeanor helped greatly to put me at ease and feel safe. The young lady working the front desk. You are exceptional and I hope this company realizes how great of an asset you are to their company and their customer relations"

"This is the go to place for my partner and I to stay. We book frequently here due to our current living situations and stay standard 1 king size bed room and it’s consistently affordable and comfortable. One day we will try the Executive suite. The only thing that could make it any better is a nicer comforter on the beds. Some of them have the quality of a window curtain. Other than that, no notes! "

"This is a lovely location. I love The Hyatt Place and each location that I have stayed. However, this time around not so much. I booked through a third party merchant only to find that the property manager may not approve a refund on an early check out. This property was paid in full when I booked almost two months ago. Things change and the level of flexibility should be offered to every customer that has an extensive situation. It’s unfortunate that this experience has dampened my relationship with The Hyatt Place. My only advice…is if you use a third party merchant, please make sure you book the dates that you truly need or else you will pay for a room that you’re not staying in. Be careful. "
