"Overall the stay was pleasant and the location of this hotel is convenient. There was an issue with the hotel access, as there are some steps of staircases from the ground level to reach to the check-in and passenger lifts lobby! It’s a bit difficult to carry heavy large luggage bags to access the hotel entrance. There are a bit of noises in the early morning coming from the road, as the hotel is on the lower floor levels! Staffs are helpful to provide support and assistance."

"A great location with spectacular views from my room -- at a fraction of the cost of next door Peninsular 😊😊😊😊 Very helpful and charming staff An area to sit out on -- great Room a bit musty but that is connected to the climate -- and a personal dislike of not being able to open windows and having to just use AC "

"Easy and smooth check in. Staff were friendly and helped us out with a later check out, we just paid half of a daily charge (considering we checked out at 6 pm). The bed and pillows were a bit stiff to our liking but again staff did everything to organise a topper and exchange pillows. "
