"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again."

"From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. They have reserved bath / shower time for the limited shower space but it works & the showers/bath was very nice.
