"Great staff, great people watching area. Noisy at night from bar next door but if you don’t mind sounds of techno and people partying late from next door it’s fine. The staff are so nice and it’s very comfortable otherwise."

"Not a hotel. 2 separate 'bungalows' with a common area kitchen, pool and palapa. We did not have a car but found a local in Playa El Tunco who knew the location and found us a driver. Could be a real challenge for first time arrivals (no sign). Spanish speaking caretakers live nearby eager to please. Bit of a hike to El Tunco, plus 100 or so steps to the bungalows. Very dark at night hiking from town. Would be better for small group self catering. Price too high for what you get."
