"We brought our family (2 adults, 3 kids). House was spacious and comfortably furnished. Right around the corner from the beach. The pool is covered and the outdoor space is nice. Smallest complaint which is that the pool max temp can only be 85 degrees (and covered so not warmed by sun) which was only an issue with young baby Would definitely come back in the future. "

"We had a wonderful spring break vacation on Anna Maria Island! The pool/spa was a lovely quiet retreat in the backyard. The home had 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon provided that made enjoying Bean Point Beach even easier— what a nice touch! The home was clean, newly remodeled following the hurricane and well-stocked. We had a few things missing that were included in the property listing and the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful.,dropping off this items within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!"

"Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home! The house was spotless and inviting on arrival. They have a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, umbrella and cart to take everything to the beach. It is an easy walking distance to the gulf beach and the bay beach, shopping and restaurants. Beds are super comfortable. Shower has great water pressure. It was cooler when we were there and spent a lot of time in the heated pool. This was the best family vacation home!! "

"The interior was all new. Furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, and everything fresh and tastefully done. Quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from beach. Exterior privacy will improve as landscape recovers. Parking and access easy. "
