"We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our visit. The accommodations were clean and satisfactory. Kitchen was well equipped for making our own meals. The pool table was challenging, as it wasn’t totally level."

"We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!. "

"This place is amazing. Location is great, walking distance to one of the beaches (2 min walk) and close to many dinning options. The property ws under renovations due to the recent storms so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. I will stay here again soon! "

"We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon."

"The house was great, my advice would be if you know guests are coming turn on the fridge, we had a full order of grocery with a warm fridge. Also the bit of mold on the ceiling near the kitchen was gross and the alarm for the pool was annoying being we had no littles. Pool was fantastic and the house was clean"

"This is an awesome house. A blend of remodeled with modern amenities and old Florida style, especially in the upper level. Beds were comfy. The views from the large windows in the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs living room are amazing! Walk out your door and across a tiny, sparsely trafficked street, and you are on the beach! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice residential part of AMI. Fantastic job on the remodeling both inside (especially) and out. Very comfortable for the four of us adults. I imagine kids would really like the "Surf Room" addition. Host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Great place to idle away some Island Time. Would return."
