Perfect location and beautiful house
We loved our entire stay and hope to stay again. House is very clean, well appointed, and perfectly situated. The manager is accommodating and responsive. Other reviewers discussed the downstairs twin beds - my teen daughter slept there and loved the room and space. It is nice for teens to be down there and have their own little suite.

We have stayed at Halcyon House many times and keep coming back because it is restful, homey, has beautiful art throughout, and an unmatchable panoramic view. Kelly is a fantastic host, too.

Excellent getaway!
This was our first trip to AMI. We had such a lovely vacation and the best part was staying at this beautiful property. Kelly, the homeowner, is incredibly nice, responsive and accommodating! The property was clean, beautiful and exactly as the pictures and descriptions online depict. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach! We will definitely be reaching back out to book a stay at this home in the very near future!

Wonderful Getaway
Honestly can’t recommend staying at this beautiful property enough! The views are stunning, beach is gorgeous, the house is impeccable and Kelly is an absolute pleasure. We stayed for 5 nights and definitely wished we had booked it for 7. We’ll be back!

Family Time in Paradise!
The Halcyon home is gorgeous…and the views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are breathtaking. Anna Marie Island is such a quaint beach town that we visit each year. Staying at Kelly’s home made this year’s trip so memorable. She pays attention to detail in her decor, the beds are comfy, and she provides bikes, beach umbrellas, and lots of other amenities! Kelly is gracious and friendly and communicates quickly. We loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful Location
We had a wonderful stay! The home was just perfect, the location easy walking distance to shops, restaurants...So comfortable - the beds, the porch, the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The Host was easily accessible and super helpful. Our flight was delayed and arriving very late. She went to house to leave an outside light on for us. So appreciated! We look forward to returning!

A Magical Place
This year was my seventh at Halcyon House, staying four weeks each time. Clearly I love the place! Kelly is always on hand to quickly answer any questions, and she even anticipates issues that could impact her guests (e.g. sending a text re a bridge closure on my day of departure). The house is well equipped and totally comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet day and night. I haven’t arrived home yet, but I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

This home is everything you see in the photos - adorable, quaint, comfortable. The view is stunning... I wish we could have stayed longer. So relaxing! And AMI is a treat. It is a hike to the beach, so just be prepared for that. The host is amazing, exceptionally helpful and responsive.

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and is now our favorite place. The house was gorgeous! Kelly, the host, is exceptional. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and supplied so many essentials to make our stay so much easier. She even had an air fryer! We enjoyed the beach items too. The water was beautiful! Stunning scenery, beautiful house.
This place is even better than the pics can tell! When I walked in and got the first glimpses of the ocean through the glass doors and windows, I got tears in my eyes. It is so overwhelmingly stunningly beautiful 😍 It's like you never leave the ocean cause even when you are in the house, you can always see the ocean 💙🌴 The house is clean and well stocked. The days at the house and ocean are relaxing, quite, peaceful and restful. We greatly enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing Property
What an incredible home! The home has the BEST location for getting the most out of your beach stay! The house is beautifully decorated, bright and super comfy. We did a girls trip and enjoyed everything the home has to offer. The owner was delightful and helpful! The cleaning crew forgot to leave trash bags and the owner dropped thwm off the next morning after apologizing profusely. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Stunning beachfront property!!!
Our family, which includes 2 small children, recently enjoyed an incredible stay at this beachfront home. The home is exceptional and includes everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is the best- walk out the front door and you are literally on the beach. The owner, Kelly, is one of the nicest and most responsive individuals we have ever rented from. We are looking forward to many return trips!!!!

Beautiful property in a great location! Everything you need is in the house. Owner wonderful and very accessible. Very cute decor. Bed mattresses need to be updated in all rooms which resulted in back pain for several guests. House also smells musty which flared allergies.

Back AGAIN!!!! Already booked another stay!!
This is our second stay at this fabulous home and we have already booked a third trip for the spring!! Needless to say, we absolutely love the home, the location and everything that comes with it (especially the golf cart). The house is stunning, immaculate and directly on an amazing beach. It's perfect for our family- including our 2 small children. Plus, Kelly is a gem to work with- truly a gracious host. The best home we have ever stayed in!!! Cannot wait to return! Thanks Kelly!

The beach wasn’t crowded and we took walks daily. The horizon was wide and distant, the sky ever changing. The wind changed greatly. Many birds and shells. Well organized and equipped home, tasteful interior. Elegant, simple.
