"This place was really nice. There’s a great view that is only open to gas of the property. It is conveniently located near the volcanic park as well as tours for Tubing and swimming in the river. The host Elias was very accommodating and he was understanding of our trip, timing and tour timings and make sure we could shower after we return from the hike. He also recommended lots of activities in the area. Very nice hammock on the balcony. Best view of the countryside, this is not a hotel and...

"We were there for just a one night stay. Clean and all we needed to crash after a long day! There’s a beautiful view of the lake and a nice yard as well. The owner was a little more chatty than needed but was very kind. No wearing your shoes inside which seemed a little odd as our feet were dirtier than our shoes. Overall a nice place and would definitely recommend!"

"This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night. "

"Un lugar muy equipado, buena atención, sin embargo tener en cuenta que el apartamento es para 8 personas (lo cual es ilógico que quepan en un carro) y ellos solo dan un espacio de parqueo para un carro y es literalmente reducido. También asegurarse bien de la tarifa con el anfitrión ya que expedía ofrece una que no es real. Por lo demás muy buena atención, y el apartamento tiene muy buenas condiciones. "

"Great stay. Was a bit outside of Santa Elena but was very quiet. Very clean and cozy. Didn’t have a washer or dryer but that is about the only complaint. Wasn’t easy to find, but the host did a great job communicating. Very happy overall and would definitely stay there again. "

"Lidia's apartment was very clean. Host was friendly. Some minor inconveniences such as spotty wifi, and window would lock, but host is always nearby to help resolve things. Would definitely stay again! "

"Tidy and roomy, but bed was too firm for me and no hot water. It was very difficult for the taxi driver to find the location due to no address, or sign. We finally had to call them for directions. Maria and hubby were very accommodating, but said they couldn't do anything about the lack of hot water until the next day due to needing a part. They acted as taxi drivers to get us to the park and also to La Fortuna, stopping at stores as needed along the way. Super nice! They don't speak English,...

"Exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed to this newly remodeled home. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Michael was amazing in helping us make arrangements for activities and so flexible when our flight was cancelled to assist in a place to stay as the home we were in was rented to the next people. We highly recommend this home. We would give it more then 5 stars if we could!"
