"This is place to be in if you are a nature lover. This place is so serene and peaceful. The staff especially, Emel and Carlos took care of us so dearly. We felt as if we are home and they really took care of whatever we need. However, you need all wheel drive to get to Monteverde and also to this Hotel. That was the only hiccup we had. Once we reached there, it was very fabulous experiece. "

"You can't get any closer to the hike for Rio Celeste and it is so much better tonight hike first thing in the morning before it gets too crowded and the animals are all still out! This place was so charming and simple. The staff are beyond hospitable and it feels like you are a guest of a family. The restaurant on site is very good and open until 8pm. "Lovely clean place, lovely staff and away from the street sounds. But the stairs to my room were really steep and the mattress was the old spring type. I just couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep on it. I managed to put my pillows in a line to sleep a bit. The weather was perfectly cool even with the late afternoon rain. For transportation, walk to the City Central and get a taxi there because It's cheaper that way. (No Uber so far away from city). I had a lovely short stay. "

"It was a good stay. They provided transportation to cloud forest and Manuel Antonio. Clean property with basics. Lots of eating places and coffee stores walkable. "

"The space was really beautiful and was everything we needed. I was facilitating a wellness retreat and the large room was perfect for our participants and activities. The rooms were great and so was the space. My only recommendation is to make it clear in the posting that the swimming pool and labyrinth area is located in another part of the location of the property and is not walkable to get to. Thank you."

"What a perfect place to spent your holidays! The house is amazing. The garden is full of wildlife and flowers. The hosts are the kindest we met sofar. We are on our 3,5 week honeymoon thru Costa Rica en this is our stay for day 8. Heylin and her husband made our stay extra special. Nothing is problem and anything seems possible. Everything was just perfect!"

"A great choice in this area for a budget property. Room was very clean, staff was friendly. We were entertained in the morning by a troop of Capuchin Monkeys while eating the included breakfast."
