"The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy. Owner was nice and easy to get along with, but primary contact was Evolve (definitely don't recommend any bookings managed...

"The apartment was very accommodating and it had all the amenities needed.We had a great experience with downtown Franklin being steps away and the ruby drop on the 31. We had local friends stop by that recommended this and we gathered and had a great time. Thank you! 2024/25"

"This is a cute little cabin -- maybe 300 square feet total, on a little bluff right by the main house. The (really friendly) owner told me that the property was designed by a European couple. The Scandinavian influence is evident. I do wish the cabin had a separate vanity area -- the only sink is the one in the kitchenette. I also could have done w/ some blinds on the house side at least, but I do appreciate the aesthetic. I would definitely stay there again!"

"We loved our entire 5 day stay at the Chateau. It’s located right on the creek with a large deck overlooking it. This place is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very relaxing. We would definitely come back. Thank you Lynn for letting us stay there.🙏"

"Perfectly beautiful little garage apt. Perfect for the two of us. We were on a business trip. The place had everything we needed, bed and couch were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice views of the mountains. Great communication with owner. Would def stay again!"
