"Our trip got off to a bad start firstly we had to delay our trip by a day which took us out of the cancellation period. Secondly on arrival there was nobody at the hotel and our room was not ready. After a couple of frantic calls it transpired that the hotel owner had been taken very ill and haven spoken to him in Barcelona we agreed to check in the following day when our room would be ready and he would be back at the property. "The view from our room was amazing. The room was excellent. Was disappointed to find that loungers at water front had to be rented, at 20 Euros per day. Also coffee pods for coffee maker in room had to be purchased; after first 2. Breakfast was good but no one greated us and it was 3 days before we realized that there were some items on a small menu that were available and included. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the staff."
