"House was nice but no mention of tons of stairs to actually gain access to property was deceptive from property details. We should have asked owner PRIOR to making the rez, as we clear on having an elderly dog, who struggled to get up/down all the stairs. Lugging all our stuff in/out was a hardship as well. Mid way thru our stay we had a random person put a key in door and barge into the home with an attitude, saying they were an "associate" of the owner, and we were supposed to be checked out...

"Great place for family ski vacation. Apt was clean, with amenities for cooking. Great fireplace. The ski areas are very kid friendly. The bunny slope was carved up into different trails for learning different skills. Didn’t need to drive to get things. Everything for a great stay was right on site."

"This 2 bedroom is conveniently located near ESU and is comfortable. It was very nice to be able to cook meals, relax with a nice TV, and have good heat, A/C, and a hot shower. I would certainly rent this place again when I'm back for another visit."

"The house was very comfortable, the kitchen was nice, and location nearby to local attractions. The kids absolutely loved the basement. We could have used a few more items in the kitchen like large bowls, but overall we loved it and would love to return again."

"Pros: The space was offered plenty of room for everyone to hang out. It was equipped with all the appliances we needed to make meals. We enjoyed spending time in the cozy living room, and playing foosball in the basement. The location near the Delaware Water Gap is a highlight -- we had a great hike on a nearby trail.Cons: The sheets in the master bedroom had some old food on them and did not seem to be fully washed, which was disappointing and made us question the overall cleanliness....

" 3 generations, 3 families, from 3 states met up at this cozy home for Thanksgiving. We brought a turkey pan & some aluminum containers for cooking the big things but the kitchen was very well stocked for everything else. There were even some child proof locks available for the kitchen cabinets which came in handy with 2 toddlers.Grandmom & Papa P had the master bedroom on the main floor. "Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

I choose this place as I wanted wellness amenities for me and friends, as well as close distance to hiking trails and it was the perfect spot for that.
