"The service and staff were very good and friendly. The one thing I follow was that my room faced a Main Street and it you could hear the traffic all day and night, a bit loud. Other that that no complaints. "

"Perfect for overnight stay before flying to galapogos. Free shuttle from airport and parked right outside terminal. Nice hotel, easy check in, friendly staff. A/C not working so was a bit chilly sat in room in late evening. Teabags but no kettle and hot water from coffee pot overfilled cup. Overall would definitely use again. "

"Hotel Zen provided a comfortable stay for our group as we came & went from Quito during our stay. Conveniently located near the busy Mariscal district, we found everything we wanted within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and service from the entire staff was courteous, attentive and much appreciated. Neighborhood eateries, cabs and/or Uber arrangements and assistance with anything that arose during our stay...all accomplished with a friendly smile. I will be...
