"At check out, management and front desk staff were great. There was another woman in line who had nothing good to say but I hope she got her refund and went on her miserable way. We were upgraded to the new building which was fantastic. The first night was a little rough from a noisy neighbor but it smoothed out quickly. The room was clean, we had almost everything we needed. I booked for 3 and we had 2 hotel towels and wash clothes and one set of shampoo and conditioner so I had to ask for more items to help us through that first night. Checking out was simple enough, I booked on the app so I had to cancel through the app. Management waved early check out fees and gave a refund for the nights we weren't staying. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. "
