"At check out, management and front desk staff were great. There was another woman in line who had nothing good to say but I hope she got her refund and went on her miserable way. We were upgraded to the new building which was fantastic. The first night was a little rough from a noisy neighbor but it smoothed out quickly. The room was clean, we had almost everything we needed. I booked for 3 and we had 2 hotel towels and wash clothes and one set of shampoo and conditioner so I had to ask for more...

"My wife and I traveled to Greenville for a concert and quick overnighter. The Urban Boutique Hotel was close to the venue, priced right, and was a great choice for us. The hotel itself has been around for a long time, has a "retro" look (60's roadside motel look), but is super clean, well kept, and updated rooms. The staff were very nice, attentive, and took care of us. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast so cannot comment on that, but overall, we would definitely come back and stay...
