"We were under the impression that this was a log cabin on Lake Hartwell, but it was a double wide in Hartwell. Although it wasn’t what we expected, it met all of our needs and wants for our weekend. We loved the dock and the porch, and we enjoyed the town and area. "

"We just spent the weekend at the cabin and it is beautiful ❤️. It's quiet, private, and only 5-10 minutes away from Table Rock Park. We hiked the Table Rock Trail and made it to Governor Rock!! What a breathtaking view. The only thing I would suggest is bringing an exact assessment of clothing ( no washer/dryer) option, also, grab dinner before you head in to the cabin for the night because it is about 15-18 mins to the closest restaurant. They have a few ma and pa pizza places and Mexican food...

"This beautiful home has plenty of privacy and lots of space. The beds we used were comfortable. The kitchen was great and the view was beautiful. Cons: an unexpected hot tub maintenance man visit was very disconcerting as we were relaxing and, the isolated nature of the location, caused stress. Owner responded promptly but a heads up would have been expected. Also lack of blinds, curtains, etc. on large windows allowed excess heat in and no evening privacy. There was also a lack of...

"The property was as listed. Everything was very clean and orderly. The host communicated everything that you needed to know and seemed to genuinely care. Super easy access to Broyles landing on the lake. Very cool accommodations. Would certainly recommend."

"Our stay was around when Helene Hurricane came through, Sept 27, 2024. The power was out so the cleaning person wasn't able to finish their task prior to our check in. However, there were clean linens and towels in the basement next to the washing machine. We also had trash bags, clean dishes and running water but no power. The cabin was nicely located in Seneca which wasn't far from the university. The cabin was also easy to find. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is huge and provides everything. It is a difficult walk to the lake, even for 20 year olds. My only complaint is they need new towels, otherwise everything else was great!"

"Hotel is very clean, very nice staff and great breakfast. Plenty of parking. Some Best Westerns can be a little seedy but this one was great! I would stay here again! Convenient to Clemson without too high of a price tag attached. "
