"When I parked my car to unload my suitcase, a taxi driver immediately started yelling at me to move because he was in a hurry. No one from the hotel staff came out to help, and I was worried that the taxi driver might hit my rental car or me. Because of my fear, I had to move my car to the street so he could speed off. Ultimately, I was left confused about the situation and why the hotel didn't care about their guests."

The main bar staff wasn't helpful, but the bartender in the karaoke area was great! She was informative and also provided the complimentary champagne. The main bar staff said the complimentary drink was only juice (apple or orange)."
