What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call. He said we could go across the street to the Captain Hook Hotel for a room, which is owned by the same owner. We went there and they offered us a room for a higher rate than I had booked at the...

"Moved here for work and this is a convenient location for nearly everything: restaurants, shopping, breweries (no shortage of these) etc. Host was welcoming and flexible on additional days to stay there, while closing in a house purchase. Very quiet neighborhood Oct- Dec time frame. Owners are local, which is a plus, for any issues. "

"Twice I reported the secure lock was broken. Unfortunately the room didn't get cleaned once and we had to switch out the towels, garbage and get toilet paper. The service didn't come until late afternoon for two days, when we needed to be in the room. I love staying at this hotel, this is hopefully some valuable input for you. Thank you. "
