Great spot!
Convenient tiny apartment with comfy bed and a great street watching window. Drinks in the fridge and nespresso espresso provided. Bathroom is micro but has everything you need. Great location!

Enjoyable Stay
Communication with host was excellent. The welcome snacks and bottle of wine were such a lovely touch! Having a kitchenette was so helpful! The studio was roomy and cheerful! The bed was extremely comfortable. The location in Amsterdam was amazing. This was our first time booking a VRBO.

Wonderful stay at the Signature Studio in Amsterdam
My adult daughter and myself enjoyed our stay in your VRBO. First of all the bed and the pillows and duvet were amazing. We had the best sleeps. It’s is so aesthetically beautiful and so well decorated. We loved the location and loved that we were so close to Bake My Day (the cafe) and the little restaurant next to us but the little bar gave that local feel. And of course the bike shop right across the street was perfect and so convenient. We enjoyed our stay and it was awesome to experience the Kings Day. What a time to be in Amsterdam.

Visit to Amsterdam
This place was a real find- a real gem. The location was perfect/ the place was lovely- our host generously had cold beverages waiting to welcome us- and we quickly met Marne across the street at the bike shop where we rented bikes for the duration of our stay. Between him and our hosts- we were provided excellent information and tips that made our trip extra enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this flat!!

Excellent studio apartment
My husband and I stayed four nights in this little apartment. The location was perfect to be able to walk to the train station and most tourist sights. It was also on a very quiet street so we slept well in the comfy bed. It had everything we needed other than perhaps a tea towel or two for washing the coffee cups. We would definitely stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has mobility issues as the little steps up from the sitting area are a bit dicey.

For two nights, for nearly 600 Euros, we weren’t impressed. The property contained hundreds of black fly like bugs on arrival and pestered us the entire trip. The place is really just a room, with a tiny bathroom and small kitchen cupboard; the curtain on the shower is wobbly and fell off several times. The linen was sub standard and did not feel fresh. On the plus side, the wifi worked well. We had pretty much no communication with the owner until we notified of the big issue during our trip but received a message after checking out.

Overall the property was in a great location and was clean. We did not like that we had to basically lay on the ground to retrieve the entrance key from the key box that was 4 inches above ground level by the front door, that there were only 4 coffee pods for a 3 night stay for two people, the toilet paper was poor quality with only two small rolls (good thing we brought our own), no creamer or milk besides powdered creamer (for cost per night was insufficient). We also did not like the small steps up to the bed from the main area. Larger steps would be much more safe to go up and down from this area. Also nothing to clean dishes with in the sink (no dish soap or sponge). Also a small microwave would be nice for guests who stay in the space for food that they may want warm.

Amsterdam Adventure
The studio was exactly as represented on the VRBO listing. We were able to walk to it from the train station, and got the key from the bike store when we arrived. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Steps up to the bed a little narrow making it a little tricky at night. Window seat and chair made a comfortable spot to relax after a long day of walking to see all the city has to offer. We borrowed a wine opener from the bike shop but It would be helpful to add 2 plates and 2 knives along with the tea cups you provided. There were no paper towels, dish cloths or kitchen towels to clean up with. One notable thing to be aware of was we would return to our place in the evening and there was a strong smell of weed in our room. Guessing it must come through vents from upstair neighbors.

Sweet spot in Amsterdam
This is a great spot in the heart of Amsterdam - pictures do make it seem a tad bigger with the wide angle, but that's typical; the space was all we needed - even had a couple of re-group hours charging up for the next outing; it's big enough for that with the window seat, arm chair, and table with 2 chairs. Only drawbacks (and these are just for informational purposes, not complaints) the block stairs going up to the elevated area are a bit dicey - wouldn't recommend for anyone with unsure footing or mobility issues. There is zero drawers or hanging space - there is a couple of shelves and and luggage stand, but you are living out of suitcases - would not recommend if you are on a longer extended trip and are travelling heavy. As for location, couldn't really have been better - easy walk from the Centraal Train Station, but away from the heavy touristy area surrounding it. Right next to the Jordaan district which is really a lovely spot to wander, not heavily touristy at all and a nice local vibe with plenty eateries and cafe/bars. The canals right out the front door are lovely neighbourhood spots to walk around also. Red light district is walking distance altho you do have to cross to that side thru the busier part with the Station traffic (car, foot & bike) same thing goes for the tram. There's a nice upscale market close by (left out the front door, left again on the Main Street and down a little ways) that was helpful. We never did hear from the owner/property manager while there, so can't talk about communication - we met with the young gent at the bike shop right across from the property, who hands the keys over. Overall a terrific find ... only bummed that we didn't get to try the great looking French restaurant right next door!
