"The motel was clean & adequate for the price. It is more like a motel layout than I expected for an Inn & Suites. No continental breakfast, just a one cup coffee maker in the room. The fan in toilet shower area did not work. It was hard to regulate the heat/ac unit. Pillows were too soft. Bed was ok."

"This cute house is a great place to stay in a smaller town right outside of KC. It is located near many places in town. Check out the Cedar Cove Conservatory and the Louisburg Cider Mill! "

"Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend."

Incredible outside area with amazing dock and fire pit area. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. And everyone waves as they pass by on lake and on the roads!"
