"Excellent hotel with excellent staff "

"A nice hotel in the heart of Amman. I stayed there twice in a two week period. The downstairs staff was very helpful, I even got a haircut in the barber shop in the lobby, very nice guy. The hotel is relatively new, the room was a decent size, it was relatively clean. I had room service a few times, the food was very good, and the service quick. My only quibbles were the housekeeping was a little tardy, they forgot to clean my room one day and the other day really late, almost evening before they made it to the room for cleaning. The other problem I had was with laundry I had done. It was supposed to be done the following day and I kept having to chase it down, being promised it would be delivered to my room a couple of times, I tinally got it about an hour before I left for the airport. I would also note there is a little bit of traffic noise from the room I was in, which faced the busy street the hotel is on. Minor things, overall it was a good stay and the staff overall was very good."

"It is part of mall in central place and nice area full of shops and restaurants. Excellent service and smiling people. Clean with wonderful breakfast. "

"The receptionist Wisam was so kind when solving our problem as we had a problem that hotels.com consider a 13 years old as a child but the hotel rules don’t so we had to pay extra money for her. Club lounge all staff are so kind and professional "
