"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. "We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic."

"Fabulous inn with a fantastic view of the Atlas Mountains. Food is fresh and delicious. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate all needs. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. They organized our transportation and hikes. It was the highlight of our 25 day trip to Morocco. "

"My first stay at Palais Amador was all I could have wished for.
After 3 days in Marrakech it was like being on a private retreat. Zac, Amira and Maria welcomed me as if I was a guest in their home and that is how the whole five days continued.
When you enter the gates it’s like another world with orchards of olive and fruit trees, the birds singing and one of the most beautiful suites I’ve ever stayed in with everything you could want.
A 40 minute drive from The Medina but a world away and the perfect antidote if you want your trip to Marrakesh to be a tale of two halves.
Forever grateful for the hospitality I experienced. "

"We stayed at The Source for 2 nights in April 2025. We are a family of 6 and booked 3 twin rooms.
The first thing to say about the hotel, is that it is obviously owned by someone, or by a group of people, who know what quality looks like. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, It is a boutique hotel with some fantastic touches and facilities. The buildings, the pool, the Spa, and the gardens, are all fantastic. Tasteful, well designed, and incredibly well maintained.
However, in stark contrast to the appearance, the management of this hotel is very very poor. I would summarise it by saying that the guest services team is a. absent, b. takes no ownership for the client experience, and c. lacks any empathy for what a client may expect when booking and staying in a property like this one.
As soon as we checked in, there were clues all around that the management was not engaged in the client experience. We saw guests being poorly served and becoming frustrated, numerous gaps in the organisation, some of which were explained away by the fact that the hotel 'had just hosted a wedding', and an on-site team that looked tired and disinterested.
The biggest challenge with our own stay, was the checkout. We were leaving early for a 10.50am flight, and discussed the arrangements with the reception the day before. We agreed that we would order a taxi at 8am, for an 8.30am collection. Sounds easy? You would think so, but for some reason the reception failed to mention that they woul"

"Our favorite stay yet! We had the most incredible stay at the Cle Del Sol. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and made us very comfortable. Rooms were excellent and always clean, food was excellent and very authentic (also great portions). It was a quick taxi to the local gardens. We cannot wait to return to this absolute gem of an oasis. "
