"The Hotel facilities are excellent. However, staff and service are just about average. Service is slow. Finding table at breakfast or a seat by the pool was very difficult. Staff were less than helpful in this respect. We stayed in a suite. Cost high but service did not match this"

"This Riad is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and it is convenient to everything in the Medinah. The rooms are pleasant and functional, and I enjoyed the Moroccan style present everywhere in the hotel. Every staff member is amazingly friendly and helpful. When I arrived Karim told me everything I needed to know about how to get around, bargain, and enjoy Marrakech. He recommended good restaurants and things to do. If I go back to Marrakech, I will want to stay here."

"I booked super last minute, late at night after my pre-booked Riad was, let’s say ‘sadly lacking’ I was charged over the package holiday rates given the above, which is to be expected. Great place, 95% relaxing. Jardins Majorelle were fully booked, but the hotel gardens are so like Eden I didn’t feel I lost much! Peacocks, Tortoises, BulBul birds, and a thousand and one Sparrows!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel It’s quite small which we liked . We had a duplex room which was lovely- great to have 2 bathrooms - even if it was just the two of us ! Food was really good - lots of veggie options . Would have been good to have a carvery of a joint of meat as there wasn’t a lot of meat options- oats of fish though . All inclusive was good.
