"We drove all night from Arkansas for a family health emergency. We had made a reservation for that evening. We arrived in Rochelle at 9am and really needed to get some sleep before handling a tough situation. We I went to the front desk and explained the situation the front desk girl was so sweet and understanding and allowed us to check in early. We were very grateful!"
