"We had a difficult time with checking in. At first we could not find anyone or even the front desk. The instructions say to go to the front desk but it was closed even though we were within the open hours. We didn’t get great instructions when checking in and had trouble with the locks. "We loved this place. Rita is the best host ever. So friendly and knows the area. The hotel is top notch and close to the port and a dozen great restaurants. Full service hotel including laundry service which is fast and awesome. Would stay here again. Beaulieu is the place to stay in the riviera. Very chill and close to Monaco and Nice. "

"Hôtel is in a great location for exploring Ambroise. Staff very obliging and rooms brand new, clean and comfortable. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night. Outside almost finished so still a few building noises and garden improvements to be made and for this reason we didn’t use the small swimming pool available."

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room spotlessly clean, bathroom was functional but could do with updating. Had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, absolutely no complaints. Our only gripe was that after an 18 hour drive from northern England, we arrived at 5.30 to find everything locked up. Yes check in is at 6pm, but as it's a hotel and restaurant I never imagined we'd have to wait outside in the baking sun for 1/2 hour. Another couple staying at the hotel stopped to say the same...
