"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. "Hôtel is in a great location for exploring Ambroise. Staff very obliging and rooms brand new, clean and comfortable. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night. Outside almost finished so still a few building noises and garden improvements to be made and for this reason we didn’t use the small swimming pool available."

"The hostess/owner is fabulous! She went above and beyond to help make our stay in the Loire Valley run smoothly. She even drove us to and from the car rental agency! Breakfast is delightful, including home made jams, and the location is beautiful. I wish we'd had more time to stroll around the property. There is a small shared kitchen with plates/glassware, utensils and a fridge. Go to the Amboise market for picnic foods and dine al fresco on the property at one of the outdoor tables. Highly...

"The hotel is nice, clean and strategic. You could walk to St Michel for 1 hour. The owner is ver friendly and helpful. For those who come in after 8pm,make sure you call thm so they an leave you a key in the" mail boxes" in fron of the entrance/restaurant "

"Marie is a very welcoming, helpful and cheerful host. Excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Enjoyed the experience of the on a river island. "

"Manoir du Parc is an exceptional hotel. It is a beautiful mansion with lovely high-ceilinged rooms and perfect French decor. It has a small private park and swimming pool. The owners, Gaelle and Bruno, are welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect—easy walking distance to the Loire and tourist center without the bustle."

"Our room was very convenient and super clean. The location of this hotel is extremely practical as you go and visit many Castles around in a day trip. There are stores and shop nearby as well. The staff is useful and friendly Unfortunately and unlike advertised, the Wi-Fi is only available in the main building and not the rooms. That might be a small problems for others but since I was coming on a business trip that ended being a huge issue for me at night. This should be better advertised. Also...

"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."
