"Searching for reviews on this hotel all were very good. But I didn't have such a good experience, for many reasons. 1- When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. I was asked for paying although  the payment was comprised in my booking. 2- the air conditioner didn't work properly... was whether too warm or too cold. Besides, the bed was placed below the cold air outlet, very uncomfortable!! 3- Although clean, the shower didn't have any curtain or box, and water was spread out all over...

"A peaceful property away from the loud-busy city. Walking into the lobby, feels welcoming and relaxing after traveling long distance. My daughters (9&12) loved the pool. I enjoyed the central tropic garden, the pool side seating and the simple, but varied breakfast menu. Also, hot water was always available! I need a few clothes laundered on arrival; they went out of their way to make it happen! Thank you for a great stay!!! I would definitely stay here again! "

"Even if it was via a different site i would not stay here again. I booked a stay here via expedia. It was paid and confirmation received. When arriving at the hotel staff tells me they are not working with expedia anymore. That has been the case for 2 months but crazy enough i was able to book a room in July for august. In my opinion if you are not working with them for two months you at least could have removed your listing from the site. I stayed one night and left but when checking with...
