"As you’ll see on other reviews the rooms are somewhat dated however they are plenty nice enough. Most importantly, they are clean. Heater was somewhat noisy, but fine with earplugs. Perhaps a little bit on the strange side, the beds weren’t made with fitted sheets, just tucked in flat sheets. Similarly, the duvet covers did not close entirely around the duvet. Despite the casino in the same building, the rooms were reasonably quiet. Having the pinkbox in the casino was also nice. Good location...

"My family and I were passing by on our way to Death Valley NP. The room we were assigned to was very clean and neat. Each room facing the lake has either a balcony or patio that one can use to enjoy the lovely views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There was a cat, which I assume, lives on the property and there was also ducks quacking around. Friendly staff! Great stay! Thank you!"

"Clean, quiet and safe little motel an hour west of Vegas. A bit off the beaten path, but pretty morning views. Rooms are simple but clean, lots of fresh towels and basic amenities. Nowhere nearby for hot breakfast/coffee, but coffee maker in room with fridge and microwave. Included breakfast is as noted in other reviews: granola bars, boxed cereal, fruit, juice and milk boxes, and packaged mini doughnuts. Much appreciated as we were cycling and not a lot nearby. Staff were friendly. Decent pizza...

"Very upscale for a small refurbished motel in the desert. Good location for exploring several very close hikes for bird viewing and exploring the desert environment. Good location with easy access to Death Valley. Restaurant across the street was good."
